Our 2025 Pricing

We are transparent with our pricing and most small jobs can be covered by our hourly rate charge.

We aim to give you a detailed estimate within 48 hours after a home visit or email enquiry with photographs.

​

Most small jobs estimates can be given at the time of viewing. 

​

Prices 

£45/hour for jobs up to 3 hours (with a minimum charge of £30 for minor jobs). £45/hour less 10% for jobs of over 3 hours.

​

£65/hour for jobs/projects that require 2 people to undertake.

​

For larger jobs that cannot be covered by hourly rates we will quote an estimated finished price.

​

We can advise on and source /supply materials inclusive of any supplier delivery charge.
